As the Finance and Operations Manager, Emma manages the Firm’s financial operations and operations processes with a focus on data driven decision-making practices. She is also responsible for supervising the Firm’s accounting and human resources functions. As a member of the Firm’s DE&I Committee, Emma is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with the Firm’s core values and supports outstanding employee performance.

Emma graduated magna cum laude from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She received a BS in Business Administration with a focus in International Business alongside a double minor in Peace and Justice Studies and Spanish. She is currently studying to receive her Masters in Business Administration from Sacrament State University.
