Naleseah is a proud East Bay Area native. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Ethics, Justice, & Policy from California State University, Chico. She is also an alumna of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. As a sorority member, she contributed to the Center for Healthy Communities, where she worked to promote local food security in Chico. Before joining the firm, Naleseah gained valuable experience in technical staffing, playing a key role in supporting individuals and enhancing workplace environments.

Passionate about giving back, Naleseah actively volunteers with several local non-profits, including Ronald McDonald Charities and the Ticket to Dream Foundation in Sacramento.  With them, she works to improve community access to resources. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Naleseah enjoys staying active through yoga and Pilates, maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
